Q: Do I need a WiFi internet connection throughout my restaurant for Uncorkd to work?
A: You do not need WiFi throughout your restaurant. The wine menu functions completely without an internet connection. However, you will need a wifi connection so that the iPads can be updated when you change the menu.

Q: Do I need to download any software or updates on my iPads to make changes to my menu?
A: No, all changes are automatically pushed to all of your iPads when connected to a WiFi network. After you make any changes through your online portal, all changes are made in real-time on all of your iPad devices when connected to the internet.

Q: How does the performance of Uncorkd compare to other wine menu programs?
A: Uncorkd is a native application for the iPad. The app is installed locally and runs directly off of the iPad. We also help install tracking software so you can see where your iPads are at all times. We provide guidance on how best to protect the iPads to minimize and prevent damage and losses.
